#89: Make a list of 101 things that make me happy

I have finally completed my list!
I've been slowly adding to it over the past few months.
It's kind of sad that it took me this long to finish it, but then again a few months ago some of the things on here may not have made the cut.

#77: Get a tattoo

I am so behind on this. Sorry about that... I really don't have much going on, but I just never want to mess with this blog.
I do have news! On February 22, 2012 I got my first tattoo.
It is gorgeous, and I love it so much.
It's a mandala, and is made up completely of black line work. I must say, it was the worst pain I have ever experienced, especially since it goes from both of my shoulder blades and across 2 places on my spine.
Here is a great paragraph on the meaning behind it. It explains it better than I can.

A mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for organizational structure of life itself - a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds. Describing both material and non-material realities, the mandala appears in all aspects of life: the celestial circles we call earth, sun, and moon, as well as conceptual circles of friends, family, and community.

Perfect.

This was right after I got it done, so it's super red.

I am in love with it.

Bien á vous,
Caitlin
